BALLYBOY THRESHING FESTIVAL
Ballyboy Threshing Festival takes place on Sunday next, 27th Sept. in Peter Bracken’s Field, commencing at 12 noon. Entertainment throughout the afternoon is many and varied, and there is something to suit every age. So on Sunday next go along to Balyboy and have a great afternoon out.
PARENT AND TODDLER GROUP
The Parent and Toddler Group resumed on Thurs. 10th Sept. from 10.30a.m. to 12 noon in the Community Centre, Kilcormac. A range of activities are planned for the coming year, including arts, crafts, music, dance and lots of playtime.
The cost is just 3Euro per family and includes refreshments for adults and children. Further information can be obtained from Catherine at 087/9175071. All parents/guardians/grandparents welcome, with their toddler.
BALLYBOY HIGH MILEAGE
The next meeting of Ballyboy High Mileage is on this Thurs. 24th Sept. All members are asked to assemble at Dan & Mollys for a 4.30p.m. departure to Teach Failte, Mountbolus
KILCORMAC/KILLOUGHEY G.A.A CLUB
Tickets are now on sale for the Monster Draw in aid of the club development. The draw will take place on Sunday 25th Oct. with a first prize of €10,000, 2nd prize €2,000 There will be 4 prizes of €500 and 3 prizes of €250.Tickets cost €50 and are available from any committee member.
The initial development at Kilcormac is now near completion and will provide safe parking away from a very busy road. It will also provide Wheelchair accessible facilities. We would greatly appreciate your support in this effort.
